There are direct flights nonstop. It probably takes around 8 hours from Miami... longer coming back (9 plus h)because the plane is flying against the jet stream.

18 hours with 2 layovers, first in new york, second in Lisbon Portugal, and then u arrive in Hamburg

I used to live in Germany and travel back and forward to the united states my guess that the flight would probally take about 7 or 8 hours
