Flight to Miami in 2 weeks?
Hi Everyone....I'm looking for some help. I need to get a flight from NYC (laguardia or jfk) to Miami International Airport. I am leaving on July 26 and returning July 29. Does anyone know where i can get a round-trip ticket for $220 or less? I have searched aol, yahoo, expedia, travelocity, orbitz, priceline, etc, and found nothing. Does anyone know how I should go about doing this? Should I try to book a flight to another airport and then a separate flight from that airport to miami? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi: I couldnt find a fare for less than 250 from all the three new york airports (EWR JFK or LGA) for the above mentioned dates. IF you can return on Monday (July 30) instead of July 29 the fares go down by 50$. JFK to MIA - 262. Nonstop..Nonstops r better than connecting flights so you can maximize your time spent at your destination. EWR - MIA - 263 LGA - MIA - 263- No nonstop flights. So if you are a little flexible to have your return on monday, the price would drop by 50$ which is not much if you would staying in a hotel in Miami. Remember these prices are from expedia. So if you find a Continental airlines flight in expedia for 250$, it would be 245$ in continental airlines website since expedia adds a 5$ service charge. Appearently web sites like travelocity charge you, when you buy airline tickets with them. They charge you for using the site. Go on actual airline web sites. This means you will only have to pay for the airline tickets. I flew on Airtran Airways this spring, andd saved money fromflying the bigger airlines. The smaller airlines cost less to fly on.
