Cheap flight to Lima from Miami or FT Lauderdale?
I need to find a flight leaving from either Miami or Ft Lauderdale... one way ....on the 5th, 6th, or 7th....Needs to be under $500..I looked last week, and there were many flights under that price...now today I cant seem to find anything...Please help the flight is to Lima, Peru.....Last week the price was $209 - $309 one way....this week I cant seem to find anything under $590

and you probably wont find it under that price, i dont know where you want to fly too, but your cutting it way to close the general rule of thumb is to purchase your ticket 8-12 weeks before your departure to insure yourself the cheapest price possible. if you cant then you need to buy your ticket asap before it sky rockets.

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.

I'm sorry you didn't buy your tickets earlier, but although currently the fares are nowhere near the $300 you mentioned, they are under $500 on Bing Travel. Here are my results, if you fly out of ORLANDO. - 8/5: You will be paying around $2000 for a one-way ticket, so don't book this date - 8/6: Spirit Airlines has a flight starting at $417 for a one-way ticket. I have appended the links below if you wish to book this flight. - 8/7: Spirit Airlines has flights starting around $413 to $500. If you fly out of FT LAUDERDALE: - 8/5-6: Prices are around $600+ - 8/7: $406 for Spirit Airlines. Link is below Basically, since it's so late, you really have little option. Book your flights ASAP before the prices rise further! Also, remember that these flights are from ORLANDO or FT LAUDERDALE, because they are just cheaper than Miami. Hope this helps.
