Will my flight from Minn-JFK-Miami be cancelled on Saturday?
If the weather on the East Coast is still severe and flights are cancelling, do you think they will re route us on another plane? Do you think weather will be cleared up enough by Saturday to fly into and out of New York? We are leaving Miami on a cruise on Sunday at 4 so we really can't be running late. Thanks!

I have checked my crystal ball and it will. You will die in a snowdrift. Sorry

Maybe. Maybe not. It's far to early to know! I do hope you purchased travel insurance!

It's way too early to tell for sure. But for future reference, planning winter air travel without at least a half-day of slack is just a bad idea. with a connection, even more so. Perhaps you now see why.

Flights seem to be back to normal in New York. There isn't any severe weather coming up, so you should be fine. If severe weather does come up, call the airline and tell them that you are going on a cruise and need to be in Miami. They may be able to re-route you through another city. Have a great trip!

Does NOT look great! On top of the storm of to-day (Wed 2nd) another one is on it's way for Saturday 5th. Check: http://www.flightstats.com/go/Home/home.do http://updates.orbitz.com/ http://www.delta.com/traveling_checkin/flight_status_updates/index.jsp
