international flights to miami from south america?

Depends on what airline you are flying. American Airlines has a huge hub in Miami in which they fly to destinations in South America. Their flight attendants should be fluent in both English and Spanish/Portuguese.
2 :
Just above every flight attendent in the world has to speak English. Even on foreign airlines. I would be very suprised if any flights originating in the USA has flight attendents that could not speak english.
