I'm guessing by UFL that you mean the University of Florida in Gainesville. There are no direct flights from India to Miami. According to Kayak, you could catch a flight on Air France from Chennai to Paris, then catch a connecting flight through to Miami. You could also catch a flight on Lufthansa to Frankfurt, then catch your connection through there. However, you could fly through to Gainesville, which would be the most sensible option since it is still quite far from Miami. A possible itinerary would be Chennai to Paris, then Paris to Atlanta on Air France, then connect to a Delta flight from Atlanta to Gainesville.
