Where can I find the cheapest flights?
I'm looking for the cheapest flight possible from Des Moines, Iowa, to Miami, Florida, and back to Des Moines, for early December. From what I've seen so far, there are no nonstop flights to Miami or back to Des Moines either. Where can I find the cheapest flight for this itinerary? Any tips from experienced travelers?

try searching on kayak.com or skyscanner.net, booking as early as possible is key to getting the best price, and so you should probably decide soon.

If you are willing to drive, you can fly Allegiant Airlines from Des Moines to Tampa and then drive to Miami. Another option is to drive to Omaha, NE and fly Southwest Airlines into Ft. Lauderdale. Ft. Lauderdale is usually cheaper to fly into since the discount airlines all service that city. Miami is served mostly by American so airfare tends to be higher flying into that city.

After lots of travel I find that tripsetc is great. Cheap air tickets guaranteed worldwide on www.tripsetc.com. They use Multiple Global Distribution systems (GDS) that is why they not only offer the cheapest price but they are able to back that up with a refund guarantee of difference if you can get a cheaper flight within 24 hours,
